Whiskystry, a pop-up bar derived from the essense of whisky

".. smooth, sweet, cinnamon, warm"

Adventurous from the beginning with more than hundred different compounds that impact its flavor and smell influenced by the type of malt and grain used during the distillation process or the wood of the barrels in which the ageing occurs.

Even when evaporated, whisky drops can create imaginary environments shapes, colours and textures of surfaces, all are inspired from the amazing chemical journey of whisky.
The bar is easy to assemble and disassemble for a convenient storage. Glue and nails are used to a minimum, if not at all, because of the smart interlocking joints of the wooden components. Among the materials, are the reclaimed old oak wood and the copper sheets that have received a specific processing to gain this unique old texture.
